Inspiration's Tuesday's:

Just as one might ask, why do we only have one day assigned to praise and worship, spiritual and or religious practices (why not every day), you could ask, why only one inspired day per week. There is of course, getting up on the wrong side of the bed, and having a bad hair day, but these expression's do not necessarily mean inspirations can't follow or even be present with the bad hair. Most philosopher's would day that bad hair days are good for you, and of course, tomorrow's hair will be better.

The Stoic principle's that I have shared in past blog's, would dictate you put your mind and thought's in order before you even get out of bed. That you would have intention's set before you get out of bed, and that you take time to find gratitude for the moment and the day ahead. Now you rise, now you know how to do your hair do. Not bad eh?

With these basic habit's what remain's is the inspiration to take the first step of your day's walk. The stoic's of Pythagoras would next depart on a walk, either silent in nature, or quiet conversation with a "brother" (fellow seeker), also walking in nature. Ever since high school, I have had one or two dogs that were my brother's and sister's on a regular walk. These walks follow my yoga, prayer's and meditation. With this discipline intact, I seem to be a highly productive and creative person. I have constant bad hair day's, but don't let them get me down. If I have a bed to get out of, I feel grateful, if not, then I set intention's to bring a bed back into my life.

Our attitude's are 100% of our own choices and for me, only an attitude of gratitude is worth pursuing in my daily toils and walk. So, just to be in stride, thank you all for following.
