Living the Good Life

Each and every one of us has a life to live, and we are are the sole owners of what we consider "good". For me, to even hope for a good life, I need a compass, intention, and to always keep my hands upon the wheel. My compass, and I dare say, each of our compasses are not aligned with north, south, east and west, but hopefully meaningful destinations. Mine seeks destinations that hold to my spiritual and human priorities. Becoming a physician was as much about keeping my own flesh at its optimum health, as an equally acceptable destination of serving my family. My native family considers the four footer's, the two footer's, the winged and the swimming, crawling life forms to be family. We consider the trees, the flora, the entire bio-dynamic, mineral and furtile substance of the terra firma to be family elder's and teachers. So my personal destination of a good life includes a worthy vessel, balance with nature, sharp vision, an open mind, a receiving heart, and most importantly a deep respect for the vast physical and spiritual unknowns. For the most part, my compass has served me well in my 70 plus years. Today's live broadcast features a compounded powder that I call Bio-fuel. Tune in, retrieve from the Facebook timeline, or soon, they will be archived on my YouTube channel.
