Muse day (Monday, Tuesday make up. Day 5 of winter warnings

In only 18 hours, this winter blast finally ends. There were snow events at least every other year in the 50's. Then in the 60's, the storm of '63 and January 1970. Twice (77, 78) Multnomah Falls froze but now severe winds. The 80's were uneventful, as were the 90's and then 03, and not until '17. This storm had winds similar to the Columbus day storm of 63, and blizzard conditions, and now a major ice storm. Trees have fallen like never before and now, we add 1/4th to 3/4ths inches of ice on all surfaces. Portland will pretty much be closed for the week, with long outages expected.

So How can one remain inspired? Try holding your breath forever. It doesn't work. Within a very short time, you are forced to inspire. The same can be said for the ups and downs of our daily walks. The more we let go, the more naturally we breath and experience life. Letting go is easier said than acted upon, for most people, for most of their lives. We learn to ignore our burdens and the weight of our unforgiven traumas. Blindness is part of the process, so is a duality of self and others. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. I am not perfect, and brothers and sisters, you are not perfect either. So why choose to be a life-time victim of some early person's acts You need not even contact offenders to let go, and you can still hold a memory of the events, but it is a fools paradise to choose to be judge and jury for others. Let go and let god.
