Music Monday's:

As I streamline my pod casts, only Mondays, and the Sunday gatherings feature more than two songs. Today, I present 3, Traffic Jam, Shower the People you Love with Love, and These Eyes. They all share stories and have personal meaning to me as I remain 3,000 miles from my love, she tunes in, sometimes with advance notice. James Taylor wrote Traffic Jam, but I prefer the New York Voices version. James Taylor wrote some of the most loving songs, the Guess Who, fizzled up north in Canada. I think spoken word Saturday will feature Jackson Brown, along with Radio Head's Creep and Madd World.

Music and comedy are the safest medium's for critical thought. Jackson Brown had hit after hit, and also a number of truly provocative songs. Lives in the Balance and The Rebel Jesus are two of Saturday's choices. I just signed a sell agreement after 13 months of exhausting work restoring my sister's home and affairs, and this weeks blogs will probably all be a little on the thin and short side. Tune in tomorrow (Monday at 8 am on my StevenBailey Facebook live podcasts).
