Spoken word Saturday's:

The daily maxim. For 15 years I started and ended each day with 30 minutes of prayer, meditation and reciting of my own maxims; my guides to life. For today, I share the 8 maxims that I established when I needed strength and endurance for restoring my sister's home and affairs. They are as follows:

  1. Drive as little as possible.

  2. Think as little as possible.

  3. Imbibe as infrequently and as little as possible.

  4. Breath deeply, often.

  5. Play music and dance.

  6. Seek Blue Zone walk and life.

  7. Remember gratitude, prayer, service and daily prayers.

  8. Slow down and ensure rest

  9. .

  10. That's it folks.
