9 years ago, I came up with the idea of a school of healing arts, all non monetary, as a way to restore nature cure, outside of the high cost of American Education. I had set, for 8 or my 10 years as secretary of the board of trustee's for NCNM. I watched as we went from the sun seated school of healing arts to a regionally accredited college of higher education. First VA loans, then student loans, then housing and administration. A thousand dollar education of the 50's, became the $20,000 education of my era, with midwifery, homeopathy, Chinese medicine and acupuncture, research and compounding, into a $300,000 education with additional master degrees in midwifery, Chinese medicine, research, homeopathy and non-existent nature cure. The profession died, and once 7 universities are down to 5 and going fast, as unimportant players in Western Medicine.
