Sunday's reflection's:

HLS takes the lead on Sunday's, and already did so in blog and podcast with the week's theme being inspired living. You might well ask, why live any other way? And you would be "philosophically correct", practically wrong. If it were not for pain, could we experience and call another feeling pleasure? If it were not for dark, would we have light? So, when we take a theme of inspired living, it is not a challenge for flawless perfection, it is the practice of a stoic discipline, and for me at least, and in the writings of many, ideas lead to inspiration, which leads to manifestation of good works. What greater purpose could there be?

Our week should or at least could include the morning reflection and intentions, but also an evening reflection on the day. Not only a reflection on your day, but a check in on your physical results. Do you still have energy? Are pains manageable or silent? Are there any needs that you failed to address? You should be getting the point now. Bring mindful as you suffer life is one of the many paths to contentment, bliss and possibly enlightenment. Suffer life goes back to the original meaning of the word suffer, which was to fully experience. The is the path to self actualization, and not a bad journey as well. Nuf' said, this is the final blog of my three day catch up. Tomorrow, music as muse.
